Steps from a preliminary request to the contract decision

Preliminary request
Provide basic personal details, where you are now and how to contact you. Do not upload identity documents.

Country check and personal plan
A coordinator checks citizenship and documents. They confirm where the candidate is now and which legal process applies. Then they explain which payment option applies.

Tests and document preparation
You receive the exact list and help with filling in the form. Some procedures require recent laboratory test results before departure.

Invitation, visa and travel
Once the initial plan is confirmed, the coordinator helps with the invitation and visa process. The agent then buys the agreed flight ticket at no cost to the candidate.

Arrival and accommodation
The candidate is met, transferred and accommodated for the agreed processing period.

Official medical assessment and contract
Authorised bodies make the final medical and eligibility decision. If the candidate is accepted, the official military contract is signed. The one-time payment then follows the applicable official procedure.

Training and assignment
Training begins after signing. The authorised military bodies determine its duration and the final assignment.

How to apply from the Philippines, Brunei, Africa and Asia
Applicants from the Philippines, Brunei, Bhutan, Myanmar, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Mauritius, South Africa, Uganda and Kenya can begin with the preliminary application. Enter citizenship, current country and current city separately so the review reflects your real location.
Applying from the Philippines
Enter the Philippines as your citizenship and give your current country and city separately. Confirm passport validity, English ability, your own WhatsApp or Telegram number and the approximate date when you could travel.
Applying from Brunei
Enter Brunei as your citizenship and give your current country and city separately. Confirm passport validity, English ability, your own WhatsApp or Telegram number and the approximate date when you could travel.
Applying from Zimbabwe
Confirm that you have a valid international passport. Add your citizenship, current city, approximate readiness to travel and a personal phone or WhatsApp number with the correct country code.
Applying from Botswana
Citizens of Botswana may currently enter Russia without a visa for up to 30 days. Use a valid international passport and a personal WhatsApp or Telegram number with the correct country code. State whether you speak English and give an approximate date when you could be ready to travel.
Applying from Mauritius
Citizens of Mauritius may currently enter Russia without a visa for up to 60 days. Enter Mauritius as your citizenship, give your current country and city, confirm passport validity, state whether you speak English or French and provide your own WhatsApp or Telegram number. The coordinator confirms the applicable entry and processing route before travel.
Applying from Bhutan
Enter Bhutan as your citizenship and give your current country and city separately. Confirm passport validity, English ability, a personal WhatsApp or Telegram number and the approximate date when you could travel.
Applying from Myanmar
Use your own active contact number and state whether you speak English. Add your current location, passport status and expected travel timeframe so the first review can give you relevant next steps.
Applying from South Africa, Uganda or Kenya
If your citizenship differs from the country where you now live, enter both details separately. Use a contact you control personally and give your passport status and approximate travel timeframe.
