2. Purpose

The Operator processes candidate information to review whether an initial consultation about military contract service may be possible, contact the candidate and route the request to an authorised contact where appropriate. Partner information is processed to assess a proposed local recruitment partnership, discuss country-specific terms, attribute referred candidates and administer earned partner rewards.

3. Information collected

For candidates: age, citizenship, current country and city, legal status, languages, previous service, passport status without its number or scan, preferred area, readiness to travel, status of any requested tests, profession or skills, name, contact channel, referral code and optional message.

For prospective partners: name, type of partner, country and city, languages, expected monthly volume, acquisition channels, website or social profile, experience and contact details.

Referral and campaign parameters, the referring page, the application page and basic security data may also be processed. These forms must not be used to send passport scans, laboratory results, medical records, banking information, passwords or other sensitive documents.

4. Legal basis and consent

Processing is based on the applicant’s explicit request and consent, subject to the law applicable to the Operator and applicant. Add the precise jurisdiction-specific legal basis here.

5. Recipients and transfers

List every CRM, webhook provider, hosting provider, communications provider, authorised partner and cross-border transfer mechanism used for candidate and partner application handling. State whether local partners can see candidate status and exactly which fields they can access.

6. Retention

Candidate requests are retained for [CANDIDATE PERIOD] and partner requests and attribution records for [PARTNER PERIOD], then securely deleted unless a longer period is required by law or a separate relationship is established.

7. Applicant rights
